Telephone System Upgrade
From tomorrow there will be a check and cancel service on the phone line. This enables you to check if you have an appointment in the next 30 days and allows you to cancel this if required, up to 1 hour before your appointment time. The option will be active 24 hours a day.
We have also recently implemented an upgrade to the call-back system. If you select a call-back and are calling on a mobile, you will be sent a text message with a link to enable you to check your position in the queue and cancel your call-back if required.
